Students acquire knowledge in economics and hospitality management. The program includes the following topics: motivation systems, the role of esthetics, color schemes and functionality in hotels, hospitality as a part of corporate culture, customer satisfaction and loyalty research methods, loyalty programs, and hospitality forms and principles.
A practical approach to teaching is reflected in the practice oriented coursework. Students are offered internships.
Graduates obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and are prepared to run or take on middle managerial positions in hotels or restaurants, as well as travel agencies.
